MINSIGO Cloud
An attendance-status dashboard for the Asigoers team. Members sign in with their Google account, declare where they are working each day, and see the team's status on a shared calendar.
What the app does
- Sign in with Google. Members sign in with their own Google account. No separate username or password is created.
- Declare daily work status. Members record whether they work from the office (WFO), from home (WFH), or on an official assignment (SURTUG), and review or correct their entries on a calendar.
- Team overview. The calendar shows the team's recorded statuses, including public holidays.
- Administration. Team administrators add members, deactivate members who have left, and manage member details.
- Attendance submission. According to the status a member declared, the service can submit that member's daily attendance to the attendance system used by their workplace.
Who can use it
Only people an administrator has registered. A Google account that is not on the member list is turned away at sign-in and gets no access to any team data. Team members receive the sign-in link from their administrator; this page is the public description of the service.
What Google data it uses
At sign-in the app asks Google for your verified email address and nothing else (the openid and email scopes). The email is used only to check whether you are a registered member.
